Assistance with the videos
If you have broadband, or connect through an office network,
please try the high speed connection version. If you
connect through a telephone please try the dialup connection
version.
If you have a PC with a recent version of Windows Media player
you should be able to use the WMV version. If not, please
try the Flash version.
If neither of these work you can use the standard MPEG version
which should play in any modern computer. The MPEG files
are larger, and you should download them to disk before you
try to play them.
To do this on the PC, click the right-hand mouse button on
the link you want and choose 'Save target as...' To do this
on the Apple Mac, control-click the link, and you will be
offered the option of saving the video to disk.
If you are unable to play any of the videos, it may mean
your computer is misconfigured, or that your internet connection
is unreliable at the moment, or that your computer is not
able to play videos in these formats. We suggest that
you seek technical assistance from a professional as we are
unable to provide technical assistance related to viewing
these videos.
